Location & Dates:
It is with deep regret that we have had to postpone the Australasian Brain and Psychological Sciences Meeting (ABPS), originally planned to take place in Brisbane July 15-18, 2020. This is due to University travel/funding restrictions adopted due to COVID-19.
We will now be hosting the combined ACNS x EPC x OHBM conference at the same hotel (Pullman King George Square) in July 2021 (14-17). If you have already registered for the conference this year, you will have the option of that registration being rolled over to next year’s conference, or of obtaining a refund. We will be in touch with all registered participants soon to determine their preference.
If you have any other questions about this cancellation, please contact us at this email address: [email protected]

Associate Professor Derek Arnold is the best contact for EPC and his contact details are: [email protected]
This is the first ever combined meeting of three of Australia’s premier organisations for brain and psychological science:
· Australasian Society for Experimental Psychology (EPC, www.asep.com.au)
· Australasian Cognitive Neuroscience Society (ACNS, www.acns.org.au)
· Australian Chapter, Organization for Human Brain Mapping (OHBM, www.ohbmaustralia.wordpress.com)
These organisations represent thriving research communities. Collectively, more than 600 of the leading psychological and brain scientists from across Australasia and internationally attend these meetings annually. In addition to representing Australasia’s leading research institutions and laboratories, the academics who attend these meetings are responsible for educating thousands of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Please join us in Brisbane for what will no doubt be an exciting meeting.
